Return Process

  Securely pack your Abaya in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective films intact to ensure it qualifies for a refund.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
